Produced in the pineal gland, Melatonin is a naturally-occurring hormone in your body. Nature's Truth Melatonin 12 mg comes in gluten free, fast dissolve tablets for added support. No gluten, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, preservatives. Non-GMO. Gluten free.

Active Ingredients: 1 Fast Dissolve Tablet: Melatonin 12 mg*; Mannitol; Natural Flavors; Cellulose (Plant Origin); Beet Root Powder; Crospovidone; Dextrose; Vegetable Stearic Acid; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Sucralose; Silica; *Daily Value Not Established

Suggested Use: For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablets. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
