Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Muffin Mix, Blueberry, 14 oz

Like everything we make at Kodiak Cakes, this muffin mix is crafted in the frontier tradition using non-GMO ingredients and 100% whole grains. Fifteen grams of protein (as prepared) makes each muffin a quick, satisfying breakfast or nourishing midday snack.

Suggested Use:

Muffin Instructions: You'll Need 1 Bag Kodiak Cakes Mix, 2 Eggs, 1 Cup Milk of Choice, 1/3 Cup Oil or Melted Butter. Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25° F.
