Shipping Information

  • All products will be shipped by either OTC Shoppe Express or one of their suppliers
  • We guarantee prompt and accurate delivery anywhere in the world
  • All purchases are subject to a 2-business day handling time
  • If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible via email/chat
  • Free tracking number are updated within 1-2 days after the shipping
  • Holidays and Sundays are excluded from the Shipping days
  • Delivery can be delayed because of customs in your country
  • Shipping address will be the registered address you supply during checkout**

**Please be sure your address information is correct as we cannot make any changes to the delivery address once the order is finalized.

International Orders and Taxes

Please be advised, we are not responsible for import fees or taxes levied by your country of entry. It is the customer's responsibility for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges required. We are not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by us. When the returned merchandise is received, your account will be credited for the merchandise only.
